STANDARD SHIPPING: Please allow up to 4-7 business days to receive your order after your payment is processed. Payment processing takes up to 2 days ( not including weekends or holidays). After your payment is processed allow 2-7 business days to receive your package. We know you would like your Milaní Hair as soon as possible but please do not wait until the last minute to place your order. Please order In advance if you need your Milaní Hair for a special day! We do not offer overnight shipping yet.. Unexpected delays could happen that is beyond our control.

Covid-19 Shipping

Please note that packages could be delayed due to covid-19. This is beyond our control.

Unavailable Products

If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately by phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.

Billing and addresses

Please provide the correct address when placing your order. Incomplete addresses and/ or incorrect addresses will cause delays with your package. Please make sure your billing & shipping address match. You will be contacted to to fix any incorrect billing & shipping addresses. We will not ship out any products that do not have matching shipping & billing addresses.

All of our packages require a signature confirmation. This means all packages MUST be signed for upon receiving them. If you missed your package by chance please contact the nearest post office or FedEx. Instructions should be left on a slip on your door by usps or FedEx.

Return & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your package and you may need to return or exchange an item please contact us immediately milaníofficialxtensions@gmail.com. Please make sure the product has not been worn or tampered with. We only accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of you receiving the products. * please note that the photos used on our website are stock photos/ raw images & the textures or the hair may differ slightly AFTER the hair has washed, dyed or tampered with*

• shampoo and condition your hair with products that don’t contain a lot of alcohol. We recommend treseme and argon oil conditioner and shampoo.
• Brush your hair starting at the bottom with a paddle brush to prevent any pulling
• Tie your lace units with a silk scarf to maintain your lace at night
• Avoid using too many products on your hair. Be sure to use light weight oils to prevent build up.
• Consult with a professional before coloring your Milaní Xtensions
• Switch out your Milaní lace/ lace units between installs to preserve them. Avoid too much scratching, pulling, combing etc. this could cause excessive balding.
• When using hot tools on your Xtensions be sure to keep the degrees under 410 to keep the Xtensions healthy.
